All of our products are fully re-manufactured in our factory to the highest possible standard by our experienced technicians.
A brief outline of the process is as follows:
- Units are Cleaned.
- Complete disassembly so that all mechanical components can be examined for wear and damage, any components which fall outside our stringent standards are replaced.
- Reassembly - prior to installation the rack bar is cleaned and polished, the unit is assembled using new seals, o rings and bearings.
- Following reassembly, the completed unit is subject to rigorous mechanical testing on our state-of-the-art equipment. The unit is tested beyond maximum operational limits, allowing us to have full control over the operational standard of every steering rack we produce.
The item comes with a 18 month warranty. This starts from the date of purchase and is limited to the purchase price of the item, we do not cover the cost of diagnostics, labour and transport.
We are open Monday to Thursday from 8am to 5pm and Friday 8am to 4pm. Unfortunately, emails cannot be answered outside of these times.

- WE REQUIRE THE RETURN OF THE OLD UNIT AFTER REMOVAL FROM THE VEHICLE.Your warranty is not activated until we have received the old unit.Please return the old unit within 21 days of purchase to activate your warranty. If this isn't possible you can call us to make alternative arrangements.
We can send a free of charge return postage label, a printer is required for this.
